Citibank LogoI just wanted to share my experience with Citibank. As a black consumer, it's important to me to choose companies that value diversity and inclusion. I thought Citibank was one of those companies, but my recent experience left me feeling disappointed.

I've been a Citibank customer for a few years now and have had no major issues until recently. I had some fraudulent charges on my account and reached out to customer service to report it. That's when the problems began.

First of all, it was difficult to get through to a representative. I was on hold for over an hour before I was able to speak to someone. When I finally did get through, the representative was not very helpful. They seemed more interested in pushing me to sign up for additional services than resolving my issue.

After several failed attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, I decided to visit my local branch. Again, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in my problem. It wasn't until I became noticeably frustrated that they finally took action to address the fraudulent charges.

Overall, my experience with Citibank was disappointing. As a black consumer, I want to support companies that value diversity and inclusion. Unfortunately, Citibank failed to live up to those standards. I hope they will take steps to improve their customer service in the future.
