Capital City Bank
Oh boy, do I have a review for you guys today! I recently stumbled upon Capital City Bank (FL) and let me tell you, this bank is something else. I don't know if it's the sun-baked Florida weather getting to me, but I can't stop laughing at some of the things I found out about this place.
First off, let's talk fees. Now, I know what you're thinking - fees aren't usually something to laugh about. But trust me, these guys really know how to tickle your funny bone. Take, for example, their overdraft fee. It's called the "Oops! Fee." Come on, who wouldn't laugh at that? It's like they're saying, "Oops, we took all your money! Now give us some more." Classic.
But wait, there's more. They also have something called the "Insufficient Funds" fee. Okay, nothing too funny there, right? Wrong. The fee is $37. And what's the minimum balance you need to avoid this fee, you ask? One dollar. That's right, folks. One measly dollar. It's almost like they're begging you to mess up.
Now, onto their offerings. Capital City Bank (FL) really prides themselves on their personalized, friendly service. And sure, that's all fine and dandy. But let's talk about their Business Express Deposit service. You can deposit up to 50 checks at once - that's pretty impressive, right? But if you go over that limit, they charge you two cents per check. TWO CENTS. I mean, come on. Are they manually counting each check or something?
Overall, I have to say that Capital City Bank (FL) has really outdone themselves. Their unique approach to fees and services had me laughing out loud while I was doing this review. Would I recommend them? Well, that's up to you. But if you're looking for a good chuckle, you can't go wrong with these guys.
